Refund Policy

Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from Dashboard → Subscription; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Refund eligibility

Refund requests made within 48 hours of purchase, where fewer than 2 mock tests have been attempted on the new plan, are eligible for a full refund. Email support@mocktan.com with your payment ID.

Non-refundable cases

Refunds are not available after the 48-hour window, or once 2 or more mock tests have been attempted on the paid plan.
