1. Information we collect

• Account details: name, email, phone, city, state, college.
• Usage data: mock test attempts, answers, scores and AI feature usage.
• Payment data: handled by Razorpay — we never store your card or UPI details.

2. How we use it

To provide the service (test delivery, scoring, analytics, AI features), send transactional emails (OTPs, receipts), and improve the platform.

3. AI processing

Content you submit to AI Mentor or AI Question Solver (including uploaded images) is sent to our AI provider(s) to generate a response and is not used to train third-party models beyond what those providers' own policies specify.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers necessary to run the platform (email delivery, payments, AI inference, hosting).

5. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing support@mocktan.com.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and, where enabled, analytics cookies to understand usage.
